PROGRAMME:
Squares and streets in the historic centre involved: Piazza Unità d'Italia, Piazza Europa, Piazza Malfer, Piazza Lucillo Grassi, Via Conciliazione, Via Roma, Via Trento.
10.00am - Piazza Europa:
- ‘Storo, a town divided between the countryside and the mountains’. Guided tour in collaboration with the Il Chiese association. Free online booking.
- Parade by the Banda Sociale di Storo and the Majorettes Polvere di Stelle ASD association. Start of polenta preparation in the various squares, tasting and sale of local products and crafts by local producers, scarecrow exhibition.
10.30am - Piazza Europa: Festival opening. Greetings from the authorities and presentation of the ‘Festival della Polenta’ Technical Jury, composed of chefs and food and wine journalists. With the participation of Michelin-starred chef Peter Brunel.
11.00am - Piazza Europa:
- Presentation of polenta dishes to the Technical Jury.
- Workshops for children organised by Centro Mete and LR Flower.
- Live broadcast by Radio Dolomiti.

- Piazza Malfer: Potato Polenta, prepared from Praso Polenters
- at Alimentari Poli Lucia e Figli: Polenta e Rape, prepared by the Pro Loco of Bondo
- Piazza Malfer: Potato Polenta, prepared by Polentari Valle di Ledro
- Piazza Unità d'Italia: Polenta and molche, prepared by the Polenta and Mortadella Varone Committee
For the tasting it will be necessary to purchase the card at a cost of €15.00 which includes: 6 tastings of polenta, water, free bowl and kit.
4.00pm:
- Competition awards ceremony. SpaventaPasseri in Sagra.
- Awards ceremony for the Polenta Festival competition and presentation of trophies The Ramina d'oro (Golden Ramina) will be awarded to the winner chosen by the technical jury, and the People's Jury trophy will be awarded to the winner chosen by the people's jury. New for 2025: the jury will be appointed by the polenter themselves from the tasting competition.
6.00pm: Closing of the Polenta Festival.

- Via Roma: Polenta and salt cod, prepared by Pro Loco Sandrigo. Available for purchase on site while supplies last.
- Piazza Lucillo Grassi: Armando Corradi delicatessen.
- Piazza Europa: Roasted chestnuts, prepared by the Castanicoltori Valle del Chiese association.
New for 2025: It will also be possible to purchase individual dishes for €10.00 for each polenta in the competition.

USEFUL INFO:
In case of bad weather, the event will be cancelled. Those who have purchased a polenta tasting pass or a ticket to sample a single dish will receive Agri '90 local products of equal value at home.
