A magical experience discovering the white gold of Fiemme, milk, with a backdrop that turns pink against the mountains.
Perhaps you have already tasted the cheeses of Fiemme, good and genuine. This time, however, we want to show you what lies behind the quality of the dairy tradition of the Val di Fiemme Cheese Factory by taking you to where it all begins: the barn. The guides from Albatros will accompany you on an easy walk around Carano. Once you arrive at Maso Schneider, you will be able to watch the milking and see how passionately our farmers dedicate themselves to this work. Only then can you fully enjoy the snack narrated in the company of the cheesemaker, with fresh and aged cheeses paired with honey and Fiemme Beer. All this while the sky and peaks turn pink, with a 360° view from the beautiful glass room of Maso Schneider that spans from Cimon della Pala to Lagorai, passing through Corno Nero and Rocca.
