TYPICAL DINNER AND MUSICA
typical dinner of traditional canedarli: prepared with malga butter, served in hot broth or accompanied by rich goulash, vegetarian canedarli for vegetarian guests, followed by apple strudel.
Traditional music will accompany you for the rest of the evening with a performance by the Gruppo Rhendena Klange and Articolo Trentino.
ACTIVITIES
Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to attend demonstrations and activities celebrating our traditions:Demonstration of butter processing: discover how butter is made, an ancient art that relives before your eyes, transformation from sheep to wool: a fascinating journey from raw material to finished product, historical demonstration of lacemakers at bobbin work: admire the mastery of lacemakers as they work at the bobbin, a refined and precious working technique, handcrafted creation of violins: discover how these extraordinary musical instruments are made, directly from the hands of skilled craftsmen.
In addition, there will be various markets where you can buy local handicrafts and gastronomic products.
