Discovering Nordic walking, walking through the woods and alpine meadows of the Ciampac basin
Programme: do you know the benefits of Nordic walking? What better occasion to practise this sport than with an easy walk at high altitude at "Ciampac", surrounded by the most beautiful Dolomites of the Val di Fassa and immersed in the greenery of nature? Every Wednesday our guide will take you to the foot of "Colac" and "Crepa Neigra". And to recharge your batteries after exercise, a tasty aperitif offered by the Crepa Neigra Refuge awaits you! A good mixed board and a toast in company is just what you need to complete the experience and continue the day at "Ciampac" on the right foot.
Nordic walking equipment is provided free of charge. For adults and children aged 10 and over.
Schedule and meeting point: every Wednesday at 9 a.m. by the mountain station of "Ciampac" gondola (Alba di Canazei). Duration: about 3 hours. 3
Price: € 12,00 per person.
Limited enrolment activity for adults and children aged 10 and over, organised by "Ciampac e Contrin" lift society. Compulsory reservation online, at the Sport Check Points in the valley or by phone on +39 0462 870997 within 6 p.m. of the previous day. Lift ticket and possible lunch at the hut borne by the participants. Activity cancelled in case of bad weather.
