A challenging ascent along the Tovo valley, over ups & downs with panoramic views of the upper lake

Along the ancient road that connected Arco with Treni (traces of carts can still be seen in some places) you reach two panoramic points on the upper lake: the first, at Croce di Bondiga, also affords a view of Mount Misone in all its grandeur. The second, the Belvedere that can be reached by descending from the Bocca di Tovo (look out for the small deviation on the right that can be seen near a lookout for hunters) offers a view that embraces the entire Busa (Riva Arco, Lake Garda) and a vantage point for admiring the Ledrensi Prealps (all the crests from the top of Mount Rocchetta, which also hosts the GardatrentinoTrail). <p>The descent from Bocca di Tovo alternates between very easy sections on wide forest paths and others that are steeper and more technical (the "cuts" in the forest and the whole fun final part of the descent, a single track through the woods).</p> <p>Fountains in Vigne and Varignano and in Val di Tovo. </p>
