Soraga - Passo Costalunga - Moena - Soraga

The route starts from Soraga and goes up to Passo Costalunga, passing through the hamlets of Larcioné and Tamion. Long descent towards Moena and return via cycle-pedestrian path.

From the center of Soraga, follow the cycle-pedestrian path towards Canazei until the intersection on the left with Strada de Molin. At the roundabout, carefully cross the state road and take the country road that climbs to Agritur Soreie. Cross the forest diagonally on a wide track, cross the wooden bridge over the Ruf de Valace stream and continue cycling uphill with a well-distributed gradient. At the fork, turn left and reach the village of Larcioné (Vigo). At the covered fountain, turn left and shortly after exit into the meadows. The route cuts transversely across the grassy slope and, after the Ruf de Pociole stream, you find a fork. Take the left path which, with marked gradient, leads to a grassy plateau on the border with the meadows below Tamion. Climb right on a forest road initially rather steep but which eases as you proceed and approach Tamion. From the right, the path coming from Valongia joins and shortly after you reach the village near the church. Take Strada de Sora Pozat, pass the Agritur Weiss and enter the forest following trail no. 556. Climb gently towards Costa Bergousa. From here the route becomes less demanding. Long flat stretches alternate with short ramps and wide hairpin bends allow descending in elevation. Finally, you reach the junction with trail no. 519 coming from Moena and leading to Passo Costalunga. The long descent leads towards Moena. After Malga Roncac, follow Strada de Roncac > Strada de Rancolin > Strada Saslonch until the fork with Strada de Ischia. Here turn left onto the cycle-pedestrian path to return to Soraga.
