MTB - Tesino Bike - Picosta 2302B

2302B is the route indicated on the track that first leads to the Celado plateau and then to some fractions of Tesino, ending at La Cascatella Park. It is certainly the most beautiful and distinctive, while also a bit more demanding both technically and physically.

2302A instead is a circular route around Monte Picosta that first takes us to the Celado plateau and then via a forest road returns to the starting point in the village.

2302B and 2302A Monte Picosta

2 routes that in the first part share the same path, with an immediately steep and technical climb.

Alternatively, you can reach locality Celado (Larici restaurant) also via the asphalt road.

2302B is surely more beautiful and scenic.

2302A is suitable for those who want a very simple and easy route.

The route starts from Castello Tesino, climbing immediately on technical trails up to locality Celado (restaurant bar ai Larici).

From here, turning left you enter an asphalt road leading to the Baia pass. After a few meters downhill, you take a left turn onto a dirt forest road leading to a new junction. Taking the left here leads to route 2302A, which first climbs and then descends the forest road back to the paved provincial road returning to the village. At the junction, taking the right maintains route 2302B, which leads to the localities of Pregardon and Murari and comes out onto the paved provincial road of the roa. After riding a few kilometers with a slight climb, you reach a junction that leads onto a somewhat technical trail taking you to La Cascatella Park, then an asphalt climb followed by flat terrain brings you back to the village.
