The Alpe Cimbra and the Asiago plateau, two nearby alpine areas, share the same historical background, the German-Cimbrian presence, and the tragic events of the First World War. The return to the Alpe, through the wild Val d'Assa, offers beautiful glimpses of nature!
The route thus takes us to Asiago. Fun is the descent into the deep Astico valley and naturally challenging is the climb back up to the starting altitude. It is therefore a recommended excursion for those who love to climb and overcome significant elevation gains.
