847 - Oltresommo Bike Tour
<p>Born as a marathon variable of the circuit named after the champion Gibo Simoni, this route remains one of the most challenging competitive routes of the Alpe Cimbra. It is ridden by 'champions', requiring the legs of good climbers!</p>
<p>With Oltresommo, on the Alpe, we indicate the wide area that extends "beyond the Sommo pass," between San Sebastiano and Nosellari. So, riding our MTB, we start from Carbonare for this very demanding route, which can nevertheless give us great satisfactions and emotions! Spectacular is the descent from Monte Rust down to Lake Lavarone, a true gem of Trentino, as well as the passage through the trenches of the Great War in Nosellari. Difficult and demanding, yet very rewarding is the climb that leads to Forte Cherle, relaxing is the crossing of the wooded Val Fredda, and finally liberating is the beautiful and fun descent back to the starting point! And to make it possible for everyone, electric-assist MTBs are available for rent.</p>
