#13) From Polsa to Mori

<p>Transfer stage, long but mainly downhill, leading close to the Adige Valley through beech forests, charming hamlets, and wide vineyards. </p>

<p>From the Polsa locality, retrace your steps from the previous stage to divert towards Malga Cestarelli, entering a dense beech forest that accompanies the trail up to the village of Saccone, glimpsing here and there the view over the slopes down to the valley floor. The route is pleasant and alternates mountain huts with terraces of cultivated fields, passing through the hamlets of Cornè, Cazzano (nearby), and Crosano, with an unmissable viewpoint over the Sorna canyon from the Pont del Diaol, which dominates the abyss below with the roar of water rushing from the waterfalls plunging into the deep gorges and natural pools. Continuing downhill towards the valley, you pass Besagno and Tierno, where the road becomes flat and much more civilized, until reaching the historic centre of Mori, with a view upwards to glimpse the Sanctuary of Montalbano, at the foot of Monte Stivo.</p>
