A journey through local products, guided walks among wild herbs and a relaxing slow aperitif at Alba Brasserie with music accompaniment.

Tastings and food pairings: wines and sparkling wines, craft beers, aperitifs; coffee, food pairings and latte art
Local delicacies: cheeses and dairy products, fruit, vegetables and fermented products, apple juices
Tradition and nature: honey, jams, extra virgin olive oil and apple vinegar


LABORATORIES FOR CHILDREN: SEASONS TO TOUCH, TASTE TO LISTEN
Friday and Saturday 5 pm

A sensory journey through seasonal colours, scents and flavours. Children explore local ingredients with their eyes, hands and nose, to transform them into genuine recipes made with love.

SUMMER DINNER
Saturday, August 23, 2025 | Gavazzi Square, Pergine Valsugana

A special multi-course dinner, curated by the Trentino Restaurant Association, featuring:
- Al Cavalletto
- Al Moro
- Antiche Contrade
- La Rotonda
- Professional Hotel Training Institute of Levico Terme

Musical accompaniment during the evening.

*Possibility of vegetarian alternative to be communicated only when booking.

The Sarda Lacustre (sardine) del Garda served on mixed greens, sultana raisins, and sweet and sour red onion with a mini portion of crispy polenta

First course
Traditional Orzotto with porcini (mushrooms), Trentin Grana, and mountain butter

Main course
Boneless pork shank cooked at low temperature (CBT) with Nosiola wine and “sbagliada” polenta

Dessert
Chocolate cake with an apricot heart
Mixed

A walk around the area with Paolo Piffer to discover the wild herbs and vegetation of our landscape, to get to know the biodiversity that surrounds us and rediscover the deep connection with nature.
