Punto panoramico Piz de le Agole
A hidden place that allows a panoramic view of the western foothills of the Lagorai. The landscape is enriched by the presence of clearings, wet areas and characteristic porphyry and wood huts.
It is a place worth discovering: the panoramic views of the Brenta group and the Lagorai chain and the visit to the church of San Leonardo are worthwhile. A curiosity above all is given by Christ who found space in the very small clearing, the work of a Valdostan sculptor originally from the town of Lisignago, Silvano Ferretti. The Piz Le Agole can be reached by following the provincial road of Lago Santo in the direction of Maderlina. Near the sat Maderlina refuge, you can park your car and then walk for about an hour on the forest road, along which there are numerous clearings, small wetlands and characteristic porphyry and wooden huts. The journey time from the sat Maderlina hut is about 2 hours, to get there and back.
