In Brentonico, the flora of Monte Baldo and over 1,000 fossils
Among the envelopes of Palazzo Eccheli Baisi, discover the more than 1,000 specimens of fossils collected within the Monte Baldo Settentrionale mountain group. The paleontological collection documents the existence of animal groups that lived in marine environments during the approximately 150-180 million post-Triassic years. The collection ranges from Protozoan fossils to those of Crustaceans. Pay attention to the collection of Gastropods from the fossil deposit of Sorne, where no less than 134 species have been classified.
