The Mein sawmill is named after the nickname of the family that owns it: the Tezzele Meighen. The last Segantino was Ottorino Tezzele, who kept the factory running until 1975, with a production that mainly met local needs. Sawing operations were mainly carried out in spring and autumn, when the wheel was free of ice and the water flow was adequate.
