Tour del Gusto
Sunday, January 4, 2026 from 11 AM, along the Olimpia III ski slope of Alpe Cermis the much-awaited and beloved Tour del Gusto will return!
Ascending the steep slopes of the Final Climb, you will encounter the stations of the 4 local associations. Along the track, each “station” offers tastings of genuine products from Val di Fiemme and Trentino: lumberjack coffee, polenta with cheese, sauerkraut and sausage, ambleti, sandwiches with porchetta.
And so, in this cheerful setting of the Final Climb of the Tour de Ski, while the athletes struggle uphill, fans can experience the irresistible pleasure of tasting typical dishes in an unusual location, by the track!
The spectacular Tour of Taste offers Trentino culinary specialties and lots of folklore. For an entire Sunday, the Olimpia III track can be traversed uphill and downhill, on foot, with sleds, or with alpine or cross-country skis, indulging in the delights of the various associations of Val di Fiemme.
