THE APPOINTMENT
For more than twenty years, the Saturday before Ferragosto (mid-August), the Not(t)e di Note event has been held in Bolbeno, and has now become an unmissable appointment in the summers of the Valli Giudicarie. Music, old crafts, typical products and the famous 'Capùs da Bolben' are the irreplaceable ingredients of a day that has now become a 'must' for tourists and valley dwellers alike.
THE TRADITIONT
he Pro Loco of Bolbeno, the organiser of the event, seeks to magically revive some significant moments of life in the past, and for this reason, within the ancient walls, under the porticoes and in the historic central square, some ancient trades that have now completely disappeared or profoundly changed with respect to the past are re-proposed.
MUSIC & NOTES
Another irreplaceable component of Not(t)e di Note is music: various musical groups play amidst the most fascinating views of the village, drawing a veritable musical itinerary through the ancient walls. Finally, the culinary aspect is of great importance, with a dinner menu based on polenta, typical Trentino products and, above all, the inimitable 'Capùs da Bolben', the tasty meatballs made with stale bread, parmesan cheese, butter, eggs, herbs, ribs and sultanas, carefully wrapped in grape leaves.
