Once again this year, the characteristic Christmas Market returns to Canale di Tenno with stalls selling gourmet delicacies from the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori (Road of Wine and Flavours) from Lake Garda to the Dolomites, as well as local crafts.
An atmosphere suspended in time in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with an attractive Christmas market selling local crafts and typical products.
Close-knit groups of houses huddled together and connected by typical "volt" (porches) are a sign of the ancient rural architecture of the Giudicarie region. These villages, custodians of forgotten history and humanity, offer new warmth in the Christmas period.
Narrow ascending streets, wide porches, old wooden sheds, unexpected small squares, small courtyards and arcades are illuminated with Christmas lights and filled with the fragrances of this festive period.
On 26 December, a Live Nativity Scene will be held along the streets and under the porches of this small village.
