Cammino San Vili Special Week

The mountain is not lived only with the eyes. But you walk, you breathe, you listen. 

The historic Way of San Vili, from 20 to 26 June opens to a special week: 100 kilometers specially marked out to be walked by sighted and blind at high altitude, from Madonna di Campiglio to Trento, with the Guides of Media Montagna Filippo Zibordi and Luca Stefanelli.

After a trial last October, Natourism on behalf of the Sarca River Park and the social cooperative ABC IRifor of Trentino, together with the Companies for Tourism Madonna di Campiglio, Garda Dolomiti, Dolomiti Paganella and Trento Monte Bondone, Casse Rurale Trentine, CAI-SAT, Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta geopark, Montura, Dolomiti Open and Dolomiti Energia, offers an experience that breaks down prejudices: the beauty and magic of the mountains are not exclusive to the view, indeed.

Nature will be the protagonist with its paths, forest roads, pastures and old mountain roads, with history, traditions and tasty local products. But, for the occasion, many guests have agreed to participate in as many events to live along the way.

22/6: Caderzone Terme - Saone; Length 19.6 km. Altitude difference 235 mt

23/6 Saone - Stenico; Length 15.5 km. Altitude difference 589 mt

24/6 Stenico - S. Lorenzo in Banale (Loc. Nembia); Length 13.5 km. Elevation change 555 mt

25/6 S. Lorenzo in Banale - Monte Terlago; Length 22 km. Elevation change 842 mt

26/6 Monte Terlago - Trento Length 14.5 km. Elevation change 681mt

Wednesday, June 22 - in Tione di Trento - Daniele Cassioli, blind Paralympic athlete and writer. https://www.danielecassioli.it/
In the afternoon Daniele Cassioli meets the children of the territory at the sports field. Organization of motor experiential activities, "aimed at making known to children the potential that these activities can develop, if combined with the indispensable individual desire to express themselves and their diversity"

Thursday, June 23 - in Stenico - the music schools of Giudicarie and Riva del Garda with the Adamello Brenta Geopark Nature Park present an evening of music and nature

Friday, June 24 - in San Lorenzo in Banale - afternoon of climbing and dialogue with Elisa Martin - Praclimbing champion, Simone Elmi Mountain Guide and promoter of Dolomiti Open and an athlete "Montura"
