10.00-10.30 presentation with the Festival staff
10.30-12.00 meridian stretching with Alissa and Mattia
12.30-14.00 bio-lunch at Azienda Agricola Il Ritorno
14.30-15.30 meditation with Anita
16.00-16.30 musical snack with Anita and Cristina
16.30-18.00 the voice with Cristina
21.00-22.00 fire celebration with Cristina

08.30-10.00 yoga with Anne-Michèle
10.15-12.15 perception walking with Alissa and Mattia
12.30-14.30 Ayurvedic lunch with Giordano
15.00-16.30 Vibrational bath with Massimiliano
16.30-17.00 snack with bio-products of Azienda Agricola Il Ritorno
