Our house is situated on a nice sunny hill in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surroundings. We offer furnished holiday appartments (east and west), which accomodate up to four guests. The flats were thoroughly refurbished in recent years. The east flats, about size 55m² in size with a cosy eat-in kitchen, which was furnished with attention to detail, and a separate living room. A separate bed room with a double bed accomodates two guests. The living room couch can be transformed into a bed for two guests. The west flats about 50m² in size. With kitchenette or a living room with kitchenette. There is a parking spot for each flat right in front of the house. The terrace including the BBQ / pizzamaker are available for shared use.

Conditions

Cancellation is free if made 30 days before the booked arrival date. Cancellations within 29 days are charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total amount or the amount of the deposit paid. The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed on in advance with the landlord who reserves the right to accept or deny them. Rates include costs of electricity, water, heating, hot water, gas, and cleaning. Furthermore, one set of bed linen and towels (shower, hand, and kitchen) per person and week is included. For short stays of up to four nights, an extra €5.00 per person and duration of stay will be charged. If only one guest is staying for up to four nights, this extra fee is increased to €10.00. During their stay, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet and a parking space free of charge.

Other entries lead to the wrong address.
By car: At the roundabout in Baselga, coming from
Trento, take the second exit, coming from Pergine Valsugana,
take the first exit. Continue through the town towards
Bedollo / Cavalese and follow the road along the lake
Serraia. After about 1.8 km sharply turn left towards Sternigo.
After 500 m turn right at the fountain in front of the
orange building onto Via dei Solari. After 120 m, you will
reach the destination on the right-hand side.

Public Transport: From Trento or from Pergine, there are
regular bus connections by Trentino Trasporti. Get off
at Sternigo Bivio. We will pick you up here.
