Our house is situated on a nice sunny hill in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surroundings. We offer furnished holiday appartments (east and west), which accomodate up to four guests. The flats were thoroughly refurbished in recent years. The east flats, about size 55m² in size with a cosy eat-in kitchen, which was furnished with attention to detail, and a separate living room. A separate bed room with a double bed accomodates two guests. The living room couch can be transformed into a bed for two guests. The west flats about 50m² in size. With kitchenette or a living room with kitchenette. There is a parking spot for each flat right in front of the house. The terrace including the BBQ / pizzamaker are available for shared use.

Podmínky
Cancellation is free if made 30 days before the booked arrival date. Cancellations within 29 days are charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total amount or the amount of the deposit paid. The reservation is valid only under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults and children, if any) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed on in advance with the landlord who reserves the right to accept or deny them. Rates include costs of electricity, water, heating, hot water, gas, and cleaning. Furthermore, one set of bed linen and towels (shower, hand, and kitchen) per person and week is included. For short stays of up to four nights, an extra €5.00 per person and duration of stay will be charged. If only one guest is staying for up to four nights, this extra fee is increased to €10.00. During their stay, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet and a parking space free of charge.

The kitchen doubles as a living room and is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, gas stove, coffee maker, kitchen scales, toaster, stick blender, kitchen towels, crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans, and much more. The living room is equipped with a davenport, LED TV with satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system with digital radio, ADSL Internet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, bathroom scales, emergency kit, bath towels, bath robes, iron, ironing board, sewing kit (scissors, needle, thread, etc.) In the bedroom you will find a super King slat bed (190x200cm) with innerspring mattresses, and bedding. Moreover, you have access to the laundry room, equipment depot, balcony, and terrace. We look forward to welcoming you with us.
