10 things to do in Val di Rabbi

Discovering a typical alpine valley in the Stelvio National Park

Val di Rabbi is a small valley immersed in the heart of the Stelvio National Park, located laterally to the larger Val di Sole, at an altitude ranging from 800 to 1,400 metres. Here water gushes generously from waterfalls, streams and springs, which furrow its landscape and its nature.

Val di Rabbi can be defined as the valley of wellness. In this valley you will find the Rabbi Thermal Baths, offering regenerating treatments and outdoor activities, and the first park therapy trail, where you can walk barefoot on dirt, moss, fir cones, smooth stones, logs and fresh spring water. Barefoot walking is good for circulation, breathing and muscles.

The nature of the valley, in every season, is suitable for practicing many sports: trekking, bike rides, ice climbing for the more adventurous and cross-country skiing.

If you choose Val di Rabbi as a place for your holidays, you will derive great physical and mental benefit from it. Seeing is believing!
