An easy exercise: barefoot, in cold water, one step at a time.
Alternate the walk in the water with the walk on stones and bark: in this way you reactivate the circulation and strengthen the immune defenses.
Then relax on chaise lounges or picnic tables.
The route, for a fee, is close to the ichthyogenic centre.
