Roadbike - Castelnuovo - Val Campelle

Challenging route that, passing through some characteristic villages of the Valsugana, leads to the heart of the Lagorai among the green landscapes of Val Campelle.

<p>This route, feasible roughly from April until late autumn, allows you to reach one of the most uncontaminated and wild places in Trentino, in the heart of the Lagorai mountain range: Val Campelle.</p> <p>Starting from the village of Castelnuovo in the valley bottom, you ride along a short section of cycle path and then begin climbing along a connector road that, passing near the Wildlife Oasis where you can admire deer, leads to the village of Strigno (Castel Ivano). You then continue towards Spera (Castel Ivano).</p> <p>From here, the route enters Val Campelle, passing through ancient woods that line the gorge and reaching the green pastures dotted with alpine huts and small mountain farms, and ends at the Conseria Bridge, from where the dirt forest road starts leading to the Passo Cinque Croci and, continuing, circles around the Cima D'Asta massif.</p> <p> </p>
