Easy route that allows you to discover the villages of the Lower Valsugana, among the fragrant orchards in spring and crossing the colorful vineyards in autumn.
<p>The circuit, used during the 2012 Tricolor Week for the professionals' road race (Italian Road Cycling Championships), starts from the center of Borgo Valsugana, from where you ascend to reach the Gran Premio della montagna of Telve, the highest point of this route.</p> <p>Then you descend through the villages of Carzano, Scurelle, and Castelnuovo, characterizd by small fruit plantations and apple trees which in the spring color the route, and by vineyards and centuries-old chestnut trees that in autumn give their fruits to the local farms.</p> <p>The return to Borgo is planned passing along the cycle path next to the Brenta River.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
