Folgaria - Mattarello - Passo della Fricca - Passo del Sommo
Circular route that from the Alpe leads down to the valley floor and then regains altitude by going around the Vigolana massif. Along the descent are beautiful views of Beseno castle and the Rio Cavallo valley.
The first part is definitely fun, all downhill. Then, once you reach the valley floor, you can relax by cycling on flat terrain. The second part, the return, is instead challenging: there is a good and moderate climb along SS349 della Fricca. Beautiful panoramic views of the rugged Centa valley.
