If you want to have an emotional experience, Pineta is the right place. In the kitchen we have fun creating new recipes, but with the ingredients we are uncompromising: only seasonal and local products.

The research of the products, the attention to sustainability and the emotional cuisine will make you live an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
Some of our main dishes are Alpine Sushi and Beef Picanha, born from an idea by the young owner Alessio Bailoni.

In the evening you can also enjoy our pizzas with alternative doughs and selected ingredients. In summer you can enjoy our dishes in the large outdoor garden surrounded by trees.

We are also a "Listening bar", in fact we are the only Listening bar in Trentino! Don't know what it is?! I'm just telling you that you can listen to music on vinyl and taste excellent wines in a charming location; we'll let you discover the rest by coming to visit us.

 - Participation in Alessandro Borghese's "4 Restaurants" program as an Ecogreen restaurant;
- Entry into the "50 TOP PIZZA ITALIA" ranking in 2023, which rewarded the quality of our products and service;
