Malga Panna
The oldest starred restaurant in Trentino, a restored country house from the early 1900s, the borders of the woods in a panoramic position on the Fairy of the Fassa Dolomites.

This is Malga Panna, an ancient stable for the mountain pastures, 1400 m under the woods of Latemar and just 2 km from the centre of Moena, which today has become the home, the heart and the dream of the youngest starred chef in Italy, of his family, of an entire territory. Paolo Donei has collected 30 consecutive Michelin Stars to date, his first at just 19 years old. Its cuisine is ancient because the ingredients are ancient and original, those of nature, but contemporary in research and thought: to bring to the table the peasant history of the valley, contaminated by the transit and pilgrimages of the border peoples and make it accessible and understandable to all.
