Kaiserstube

In the Kaiserstube of Canazei, hospitality, atmosphere and menus are worthy of a king, indeed an emperor!

The restaurant-pizzeria-steakhouse is located next to the historic Dolomiti Schloss Hotel, built at the end of the 19th century on behalf of the Habsburg family to build a noble palace in Canazei. The restaurant, in typical Alpine style with rustic wood furnishings recovered from high mountain barns, is divided into two dining rooms dedicated to the royal couple of Austria: the "Kaiser" and the fairytale "Sissi" with exposed stones and characteristic vaulted ceilings that will project you into an atmosphere of the past. In summer you can also sit on the terrace. The restaurant offers a rich and varied menu: typical dishes of the area are accompanied by recipes of Mediterranean cuisine, grilled on lava stone and crunchy pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. There is no shortage of proposals for celiacs and vegans. The choice of beers and wines, including the glass, is noteworthy.

If in addition to good food you are looking for fun, you are in the right place! Après-ski, theme parties with music, brunch, lunches and gala dinners are organized. You absolutely must attend the New Year's Eve party in "Kaiser" style: elegant multi-course dinner paired with Trentino wines, music with DJs, company and dances are guaranteed until 3 in the morning.
