Since 2017, in the Giudicarie, our project has started: "Making a great wine that expresses the sensitivity of our territory and of the man who cultivates it". The high altitude requires us to produce white wines and our passion has led us to experiment, with the ripest grapes, even the produc - tion of macerated wines.
Cantina Cavic takes its name from the family nickname.
