We are the winery of the Edmund Mach Foundation, an agricultural research and training institute with over 150 years of history.
We are located in San Michele all 'Adige, in an ancient Augustinian monastery of the twelfth century.
We exclusively vinify the grapes of our vineyards, grown for teaching and experimentation.
We produce about 30 labels, including classic method sparkling wines and monovarietal wines that tell the story of the Trentino area.
We invite you to visit our wine shop, where you can taste and buy our wines, the result of the synergy between scientific research and traditional viticulture.
