Founded in 1956 to unite the forces and ingenuity of small producers in the city and the surrounding hills, it is a place to defend and promote the territory and its products thanks to those who live and work there every day. A large project, which starts from the land and continues to grow with the ambition and values of the children and grandchildren of the eleven Trentino farmers who came together many years ago to give life to the project.
