Rifugio Baita Tonda

Characteristic shelter that has kept the plant circular from the time of its construction until today.

The name "Baita Tonda" derives precisely from the circular plan of the building, which has characterised it over the years and which has become the hallmark of the refuge. The internal structure was entirely covered with birch logs, also used for some furnishings; predominant element is the central fireplace, the undisputed fulcrum of the room. A completely unusual and particular atmosphere that has been able to give customers a warm and welcoming environment, with a strong impact. Renovated in 2010, the refuge has maintained a circular layout, combining it with the latest technological advances aimed at energy saving and sustainability, and the traditional fireplace.
