This delicious inn was reported by Osterie d 'Italia Slow Food from 2014 to 2019 and you just have to taste the host's dish - wholemeal spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, grilled courgettes and goat cheese - to understand why. But the menu is really full of delicious dishes: from ravioli based on purple potatoes, stuffed with Ciuiga del Banale, to tart raspberry apples and blueberries, vanilla ice cream with cooked wine, to decidedly winter dishes such as super-local polenta, prepared with locally ground flour and served with sausage with sauce and long-cooked braised beef.
