Malga Fazzon Alta
Malga Alta Fazzon is located just a 3 km walk from Lago dei Caprioli above the village of Pellizzano.
Above the town of Fazzon, embraced by the woods and overlooking the mountains of the Val di Peio, stands the Malga Alta, which originates from an ancient, totally renovated hut. The environment is welcoming thanks to the scent of pine wood with which it was built. The kitchen in its simplicity is deeply linked to the territory, knowing how to best express its distinctive notes. What makes the difference in the dishes are the raw materials used, first of all the milk that is milked every morning by the shepherd and that gives wonderful products including butter, cheese, ricotta and yogurt are in fact used for the preparation of the menu, enhancing the authentic flavor of the traditional dishes to the fullest.
