The Malga Vallorsara farm was born as a natural consequence of the activity of the Maso Engher farm, which has been carrying out agricultural and livestock activities on its own since 1990, applying the concepts of a short milk supply chain and bringing products of the highest quality directly to the consumer's table. Here the cows, present on the farm all year round, thanks to the fresh mountain air, the tasty herbs of the meadows and the aromatic plants of the territory give an incomparable quality milk, which is transformed into exquisite cheeses and yoghurts.
