Malga Stableti
At 1,550 metres above sea level, immersed in the unspoilt environment of Val di Rabbi, is Malga Stableti.
A hut with genuine products, in an intimate, almost familiar environment where you can enjoy excellent local recipes and buy delicious products, such as ricotta, butter and delicious cheeses, including the soft Casolet. Malga Stableti is one of those huts that retain the traditional charm where you can also 'go to school' at the cheesemaker, who teaches cheesemaking tricks and secrets. An excellent starting point for reaching other huts, here you can take refreshing breaks along the way, enjoying the typical dishes offered in the kitchen or teasing the exquisite chopping boards of cold cuts and cheeses.
