Malga Polinar

At almost 1,800 metres above sea level, it is one of the most hidden mountain huts in the Val di Rabbi.

Malga Polinar is located in the middle of nature away from crowded places, which is why it gives its visitors the magical feeling of being immersed in the ancient environment of the pasture.
Once at the structure, you can admire an enchanting panorama and discover with the shepherd the ancient techniques of the "caserada", the artisanal production of milk, butter and local cheeses such as Casolét, fresh and smoked ricotta. You can then sit outside or in the large internal room and enjoy the menu characterised by the presence of traditional dishes cooked with excellent 0 km raw materials. The malga is an excellent point of arrival or departure, from here you can take wonderful excursions to the Waterfalls of Valorz and Lake Rotondo.
