Hi, my name is Loredana and I have been a massage and beauty therapist for more than twenty years. In January 2023 I opened my massage business and I work with Francesca, who teaches yoga.
I am about to complete my studies to become a MASSOTHERAPIST (MCB), a recognised healthcare qualification as treatment through massage.
When you come to me you can choose various types of massage, ranging from relaxing to stress relieving, lymph drainage, myofascial and foot reflexology.
I teach group and individual classes in postural gymnastics using the Spiral Stabilization (SPS) method, exercises that use an elastic cord to help improve the posture, regenerating the spinal column.
I am passionate about my work, and my training helps me to better understand the problems to deal with.
