Hatha Yoga Studio blossomed from a vision dedicated to cultivating inner peace and well-being through yoga practice. Nestled in Ponte Arche, in the heart of Comano Terme, our studio welcomes those seeking refuge from daily stress.
I'm Francesca, and I've partnered with Loredana, a skilled beautician and masseuse, since 2023. We are both dedicated to fostering harmony of mind, body, and spirit.
Consistently practising yoga can bring positive transformations, enhancing physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual connection in everyone's life. At our studio, we offer classes for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Our classes include basic and intermediate Hatha Yoga, sessions tailored for seniors, prenatal yoga, individual sessions, family yoga, and inclusive yoga. Allow me to introduce myself further; I'm Francesca. My yoga journey began several years ago at Hari OM school, and I furthered my training with a 500-hour programme at YogaPlanet, encountering various teachers with unique perspectives. My passion extends to continuous research, incorporating third-age yoga and meditation into my practice.
Our studio offers much more than just yoga. Our communal spaces facilitate relaxation and socialising, and we host special events and themed workshops.
