It is one of the most beautiful and emotional thematic trails dedicated to the Great War (1914-1918) in Trentino. The route retraces the trench dug by the Austro-Hungarians that runs from Serrada to the Fort Dosso delle Somme. Along the path, you reach a deep gorge called "la Forra," with its high rock walls. There are beautiful panoramic views of the upper Terragnolo valley, the Borcola Pass, and the imposing mountain massif of Pasubio. At the end of the gorge, you arrive at the location of Caserme, where the service buildings once stood; from here, we begin our descent towards Serrada via the military road that led up to the fort.
