"Banda Storta" presents "Shoo shoo rickshaw!"
Jazz show inspired by the music and poetics of the circus world staged by a rousing ensemble of musicians
After the success of "Sognando Fellini", "Banda Storta Circus" and "Drum Bun", the eclectic formation "Banda Storta" presents in Val di Fassa a new jazz show that is sure to entertain and dance the audience to the rhythm of trumpets, saxes and trombones. Davide Salata (soprano sax), Emiliano Tamanini (trumpet), Fabrizio Carlin (trombone), Giorgio Beberi (baritone sax), and Filippo Tonini (drums and percussion) bring "Shoo shoo rickshaw" to the square in Vigo: a clumsy fanfare tackles a journey on its own four-wheeled vehicle. Brass and woodwind play Balkan and Latin themes, moving from festive euphoria to amorous melancholy. A performance to celebrate the festivity, which at its best goes and shouts «Shoo shoo rickshaw!».
At 9.15 p.m. in the square in front of the tourist office. Free admission. In case of bad weather at the events pavilion in front of Hotel Vael.
