"A spas co la mùsega"
Evening stroll along the central "Strada de Meida" in Pozza, enlivened by the music of municipal brass band "Mùsega da Vich", Spritz Band, The Curls, The Pec Mode, Portobello Dire Straits Tribute, Patrick's Irish Band
Tonight, don't make any plans: "A Spas co la mùsega" is on. The centre of Pozza, starting at 9.15 p.m., is reserved exclusively for pedestrians. "Strada de Meida" with the squares "Piaza del Malghèr", "Piaza Deodat de Dolomieu", and "Piaza de Comun" turn into exceptional stages and invite you to follow the rhythm under the stars. The stars of this travelling summer event are the groups "Mùsega da Vich", Spritz Band, The Curls, The Pec Mode, Portobello Dire Straits Tribute and Patrick's Irish Band: they will all present their repertoire of folk, jazz, soul, rock, pop and funk.
"Mùsega da Vich". Das erste Ensemble in Vigo wurde im Jahr 1820 vom Organisten der "Pieve" San Giovanni (Pfarrkirche), Giovanni Battista Detomas, gegründet. Anfangs war die Tätigkeit der Kapelle ausschließlich auf die Begleitung von Gottesdiensten beschränkt, so dass die Instrumente zum kirchlichen Erbe gehörten. Im Laufe der Zeit wurden die Auftritte immer mehr in den Dienst der Gemeinschaft gestellt, und 1841 begrüßten die Mitglieder der Kapelle die Ankunft von König Friedrich August von Sachsen, der in das Tal gekommen war, um die Botanik der Dolomiten zu studieren. Heute besteht die "Mùsega da Vich", die von Maestro Alessandro Ghetta mit Leidenschaft und Enthusiasmus geleitet wird, aus 66 Musikern und zwei Fahnenträgern sowie einer großen Gruppe von Marketenderinnen - allesamt Freiwillige und in typischer Tracht - und einer großen Anzahl von Studenten, die die Zukunft der Gruppe darstellen. Das Repertoire wechselt in harmonischer und ausgewogener Weise zwischen traditionellen Stücken und modernen Stücken, die dem heutigen Geschmack und der heutigen Besetzung der Kapelle besser entsprechen.
Spritz Band. The trio consists of Stefano Morandini (bass), Mauro Bontempelli (accordion) and Stefano Zancanella (guitar and trumpet). The repertoire ranges from the exciting Tyrolean music typical of the Oktoberfest to ballroom dances from Romagna, the legendary 60s and Italian and international singer-songwriters.
The Curls. With the warm and exciting voice of Elena Favè from Fassa and the virtuoso talent of Elisa Pisetta on guitar, the acoustic duo will accompany the evening with their greatest hits, from 80s classics to contemporary hits. An enthralling musical experience, to be listened to and danced to, celebrating songs that have become true icons of different musical genres, both Italian and international.
The Pec Mode. The trio of young musicians, strictly local, transforms a quiet after-dinner party in one of Italy's most beautiful villages into an evening of blues and rock rhythms, all to be danced to. For the band (Fil, guitar/vocals and nonsense; Peciol, bass and leadership; Enri Dax, drums and straightforwardness), the "beer friendly sound" is more than a genre, it is a sharing of music that is neither busy nor demanding, accompanied by one's favourite drink. They never take themselves seriously, they live in the moment, because a serious world is a boring world.
Portobello Dire Straits Tribute. The cover band, consisting of Andrea Longo, vocals and guitar, Michele Longo on guitar, Andrea Zorzi on bass, Ennio Giongo, vocals and keyboard, and Graziano Bosin, vocals and drums, faithfully recreates the atmospheres and sounds that made Dire Straits famous. You will be able to relive the great hits of the legendary English rock group, interpreted with passion and skill by these talented musicians from the Fassa and Fiemme valleys.
Patrick's Irish Band. The Patricks musical project was founded in 2012 with the aim of bringing Ireland to life in Italy. The young Veronese band, led by the voice of Margot Zanetti and inspired by Irish bands such as High Kings and Flogging Molly, mixes traditional instruments with a modern and energetic sound. They have released two albums and several singles, performing at festivals and concerts all over the country, always with the aim of bringing the audience the joy and conviviality of Irish music.
In case of bad weather the concerts by the brass band "Mùsega da Vich" will be held in the events pavilion. Free admission.
