OCR races are athletic competitions where, in addition to running, participants must overcome and face natural and artificial obstacles such as walls, ditches, monkey bars, weight carrying, etc. Challenging and stimulating, as well as very fun, they are inspired by military training and are becoming increasingly popular due to the different levels of difficulty involved. OCR races can be enjoyed by everyone, from casual participants to competitive athletes participating in national, European, and world championships.
