In the silence of the high altitude: yoga at Ciampac
Practise yoga in one of the most evocative places in Val di Fassa, at an altitude of 2,100 metres
Listen to the mountains, move your body, free your mind. At Ciampac, at over 2,000 metres, where the view stretches as far as Marmolada, yoga becomes more essential: movements slow down, breathing deepens, and your gaze embraces the horizon. An immersive experience, guided by an expert teacher, capable of connecting the external landscape with the internal one. We will move in gentle, conscious sequences, grounding ourselves in the earth and drawing energy from the heart of nature to rediscover our centre and presence.
Bring your mat or, if you don't have one, let us know when you book online. Starting at the top station of the gondola lift, there will be a short walk to the first stage of the "Out of the Box" sensory trail, where the yoga class will take place.
Schedule and meeting point: every Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. by the mountain station of Ciampac gondola in Alba di Canazei. Duration: about 1 hour.
Price: limited enrolment free activity for adults (basic level), organised by "Ciampac e Contrin" lift company, included in the Panorama Pass, the Dolomiti Supersummer pass or with a valid lift ticket. Compulsory registration online, at the Sport Check Points in the valley or by phone on +39 0462 870997 within 6 p.m. of the previous day. Lift ticket and possible lunch at the hut borne by the participants. Activity cancelled in case of bad weather.
