The name BARBAFORTE (horseradish, Armoracia Rusticana) comes from the brewer’s passion for this root with an intensely spicy flavor, which reflects the soul and originality of the brewery.

The Barbaforte project was born in 2013 from a genuine passion for the art of tasting and brewing craft beer. Using only top-quality raw materials, with special attention to the water quality (which makes up about 90% of the beer), without filtration or pasteurization, and with the addition of a single natural preservative — hops — the result is a beverage rich in complex aromas and fragrances, able to offer truly poetic sensations.
