- Wellness Marathon: Seven stages from Monday to Sunday, each 6 km long. Daily info-training of 10,000 steps dedicated to health and wellness, guided by experts amidst the rejuvenating natural surroundings of the Brenta Dolomites. Every day focuses on a different topic: heart health, musculoskeletal system, metabolism, endurance, and nutrition.
- “En Plein Air” Yoga: Sessions from dawn to dusk with certified instructors in various styles and techniques.
- Outdoor Bootcamp: Boost your body with functional exercises while breathing the pure Dolomite air.
- Meditation and Mindfulness: Connect with nature and find inspiration to rediscover your inner balance.
- Outdoor Beauty Farm: Facial, body, and mental wellness treatments by experts in various techniques, set in the serene Pinzolo pine forest.
- Nature Doses: Conferences, workshops, and labs promoting healthy lifestyles, featuring renowned doctors and experts.
- Expo Village: A showcase of wellness products and services by companies, organizations, and associations along the pine forest path.
- Longevity Check-Up 7+: Medical evaluations of seven cardiovascular and metabolic risk factors.
- Fun, Music, and Shows: Dance, slacklining, and evening musical events.
