The Canticum Novum Ensemble, a mixed choir formed in Moena (Trentino) at the end of 1993, consists of 32 members from the Fiemme and Fassa valleys.

Founded and directed by M° Ilario Defrancesco, in its twenty-four years of activity it has held over three hundred concerts in the two valleys and numerous performances regionally, nationally, and internationally (Sweden 2007, Netherlands 2016).
