Cianta Ciancoai
Between Pozza and Pera, along the stream that runs through the village, an evening stroll under the starry sky, where music guides your steps and the night becomes magical
"Cianta Ciancoai" is much more than an after-dinner stroll: it is an invitation from the local community to rediscover the village with new eyes, at an unusual, slow and shared moment, under the stars. From 9.15 p.m., when silence falls among the houses and the night begins to breathe, you set off along the picturesque path that connects Pozza and Pera, following the peaceful course of the Avisio stream. You skirt the floodplain of "Ciancoal", where barley, rye and potatoes were once grown, while your gaze rises towards the crown of peaks so beloved by Tita Piaz and depicted in the watercolours of Francesco Bernard.
From the goose lake, behind the events pavilion, to the Civil Protection Centre car park, the walk winds its way in the moonlight, skirting the stream and crossing the two bridges that connect the banks in a silent succession of footsteps. Soft lights set the mood, and at unexpected intervals, music fills the air: choirs and travelling bands ((Elena&Alessandro acoustic duo, Funny Shoes, The Lover Boys) alternate along the route, filling the air with voices and harmonies, accompanying the walkers and creating little moments of listening and wonder. For those who want something tasty, don't miss the "fortae", the legendary spiral-shaped fritters, while in front of the fire station, firefighters will be on hand to show off the vehicles and equipment they use in emergencies.
In case of bad weather, only the concerts in the event pavilion in Pozza will take place. Admission is free.
