High-altitude yoga under a blue sky, facing the Dolomites: breathe, slow down, reconnect with yourself
There is a different way to do yoga. Outside the walls, far from the frenetic pace and noise of the city, the body moves to the rhythm of the mountains. At "Buffaure", under a blue sky, between horizons stretching from the Catinaccio to the Sassolungo and the deep silence of the high altitude, every asana becomes a spontaneous gesture, every breath opens up in the light air of the Dolomites. If you are used to practising indoors, this is your chance to let yourself be guided by the sounds of the wind, the outline of the peaks and contact with the living earth. A time to slow down, listen, rediscover balance and presence. A regenerating practice to feel part of the whole, in harmony with yourself and your surroundings.
Bring your mat or, if you don't have one, let us know when you book online. Starting at the top station of the gondola lift, there will be a short walk to "Buffaure di Sotto", where the yoga class will take place.
Schedule and meeting point: every Monday at 8.45 a.m. by the mountain station of Buffaure gondola in Pozza. Duration: about 1.15 hours.
Price: limited enrolment free activity, organised by "Funivie Buffaure" lift company, included in the Panorama Pass, the Dolomiti Supersummer pass or with a valid lift ticket. Lift ticket borns by the participants. Compulsory registration online within 6 p.m. of the previous day. Activity cancelled in case of bad weather.
